1 Introduction and Acceptance

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on btjii: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• After a deposit, funds are generally credited to the account promptly.
• The correct payment reference and details must be provided when making a deposit.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — you must use a payment method registered in your own name.

3.2 Withdrawals

The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from your account:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved.
• Withdrawal processing may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

btjii offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing bonus funds, a 25x (twenty-five times) wagering requirement must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before funds earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period — any unused bonus will be cancelled after the expiry date.
• The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once by the same person, household, address, or device.
• If btjii determines that a bonus has been used fraudulently, the account and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
• Not all games may be available to play with bonus funds — the promotions page will specify which games are eligible for a given bonus.
• btjii reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5 VIP Program and Rewards

btjii's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Users can advance to higher tiers based on regular play.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Cashback amounts are added to the account within a set timeframe and may be subject to their own wagering requirements. btjii reserves the right to modify the VIP program rules.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 General Gaming Terms

All games on the btjii platform are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Game outcomes are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is entirely impartial.

• If a technical error occurs or the internet connection is lost, the wager for that round may be considered void.
• If a technical error causes an incorrect payout to be displayed in any game, the correct amount will apply.
• The use of automated betting software or bots is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Sports Betting

btjii offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Betting terms are displayed on the relevant event page. Winning bets will be settled based on the verified result.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Collusion or conspiring with other players during games.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Chargeback fraud or misuse of the payment system.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's security or code systems.
• Harassing or disrespectful behavior toward other users.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

btjii reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If evidence of fraud, deception, or misconduct is found.
• If registration was completed using false or incorrect information.
• When required to comply with jurisdictional laws or regulatory directives.
• At the user's own request for account closure.

In the event of account closure, any legitimate funds in the balance (subject to bonus terms being met) will be returned after the verification process. However, for accounts closed due to prohibited activity, any bonuses earned and any winnings derived from those bonuses will be considered void.

• Interruption to a game session due to loss of internet connection or technical failure.
• Service disruption caused by issues with a third-party game provider's system.
• Losses arising from the user's own negligence or error.
• Loss of data or funds due to unauthorized third-party access (where btjii has maintained reasonable security measures).
• Legal consequences relating to online gaming in the user's jurisdiction.
